The property is close to the Coral Bay strip which has numerous family oriented restaurants, as well as clubs, taverns, pubs and supermarkets. Three Minutes drive either side of the villa will take you to Coral Bay's beaches for those warm summer days.

The villa was chosen for it’s close proximity to the shops and bars in Coral Bay, a car is not necessary unless you want to explore the rest of this beautiful island. The walk from the villa to the bars, restaurants, shops (which include two well stocked supermarkets) is approximately 120m and is virtually on level ground. The villa is approximately 10-15 minutes walk from a beautiful blue flag beach. There is a medical centre and a launderette approximately 80m from the villa.
